There was no way to contain all of that brilliance in just a couple of episodes, so consider this another chapter in an ongoing celebration. And yes, more of these incredible performers will be featured in upcoming shows.

Yes, they overlap. No, we haven’t figured out how to be in two places at once. But we have figured out how to preview artists like Molly Tuttle, The War and Treaty, Terence Simien, Taj Mahal, and a whole bunch of other ridiculously talented humans.

When we sit down, we don't ask a person  who'd you vote for, we don't ask if  their skin tone is the right color,  we don't ask how much money do you make.  No,...  music  makes us forget all that.  When we're listening to shows like this, our favorite records or attending a live concert, are we thinking about who we are going to vote for?  Does any of that matter?  No, music is much more powerful than that. 
 It's more than 12 notes.  It's more than technique or some dots on a page.   Music is a path forward.
