Yes, Andy and Amanda are still like family. Their full time music schedules and the time difference between the US and the UK made it increasingly hard to put show together on any kind of steady schedule. Andy Kimbel will continue to host the show. Andy will be touring with his real job as an acoustic blues and Folk ”acoustic guitar Wizard” singer songwriter and host this music show as time allows.
The original Andy and Amanda Show was established in 2020 within the chaos of the Coronavirus, The Andy And Amanda Show was born and what started out as a short talk show, putting the world to rights, operating under a different name and smaller time slot, soon blossomed into the fun, often crazy and unique show that it became known for.
The show has been known for it’s fun, laid-back presence with a twist, hosted by Andy Kimbel, Musician, Singer-Songwriter, Actor, Pilot, and Amanda Love, also a Singer-Songwriter and Graphic Designer. Our other team member and driving force behind the show is our Coordinator Cornell Butler, Also a Musician, Actor, and many other things to boot.
The Andy and Amanda Show was the only joined two countries together for live serious and often hilarious discussions talking on various subjects, from entertainment to healing - yes you name it, we did and continue to talk about it!
The program sometimes referred to as ”The People‘s Show” because both Andy and Amanda believe in bringing subjects to light that have been on all of our minds and sometimes do not talk about, subjects that we all feel passionate about, the very things that humanity desires to change in the world and to unite us in, bringing forth healing with laughter and useful discussions of which we encourage our listeners to be a part of.

The dishonesty of right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones was spotlighted in a Texas court on Wednesday as a lawyer for a pair of Sandy Hook parents cross-examined the Infowars founder and fact-checked his answers in real-time.
The jury hearing the case will determine how much Jones will have to pay the parents, Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, who won a default judgment against him earlier this year. An attorney representing Heslin and Lewis has asked the jury to award $150 million in damages.
Jones, who was the sole witness for the defense during the trial, did not fare well Wednesday as he was cross-examined by the plaintiff's attorney, Mark Bankston.

- Americans are piling up credit card debt as they struggle to keep up with the high cost of living. US household debt surpassed $16 trillion for the first time ever during the second quarter, the New York Federal Reserve said Tuesday. Even as borrowing costs surge, the NY Fed said credit card balances increased by $46 billion last quarter. Over the past year, credit card debt has jumped by $100 billion, or 13%, the biggest percentage increase in more than 20 years. Credit cards typically charge high-interest rates when balances aren’t fully paid off, making this an expensive form of debt.

- Latest moves suggest DOJ investigation of the 2020 election is looking at conduct directly related to Trump and his closest allies The move by the Justice Department to bring two top aides to the former Vice President Pence in front of a federal grand jury is the most aggressive public step taken yet by prosecutors investigating the plots to subvert the 2020 election. It signals that the Department's probe has reached inside former President Donald Trump's White House and that investigators are looking at conduct directly related to Trump's and his closest allies' efforts to overturn his election defeat.
- J. Alexander Kueng and Tou Thao, two of the former Minneapolis Police officers convicted of federal charges in the fatal arrest of George Floyd, were sentenced to 3 years and 3.5 years in prison, respectively, on Wednesday. Kueng, who held down Floyd's torso, and Thao, who kept a group of bystanders back, were each convicted in February of violating Floyd's civil rights and of failing to intervene to stop their colleague Derek Chauvin during the restraint.
- Sprite is retiring its green plastic bottles after more than 60 years. Coca-Cola said Wednesday it's changing the packaging from green to clear plastic beginning August 1 as part of broader efforts to become more environmentally responsible. The current bottles can't be recycled because of their chemical content.

You'll hear Hoffa's reaction to his being accused of having Teamster members beat up 3 rival-forming union (The Voice) members. Mr. Kimmel will give his assessment as a former Newsman if he belies that Donald Trump will be indicted. We'll also discuss journalists back in the day vs current.
